These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Innoveghtive Inc. regarding the use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Innoveghtive Inc. regarding the use of the service.

These terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to or application of its conflict of law provisions or your state or country of residence.
